Julia is a leader, thinker and ‘do-er’. She supports individuals, boards, teams, organisations and systems to THINK, ACT and GROW.

Through her career, Julia has worked with government, non-government organisations and private business. Her roles have encompassed: executive leadership and governance; strategic advisor; business development; organisational development; program design, evaluation and delivery; project work; and started her career – last century – working directly with people experiencing disadvantage.

Julia is passionate about smart thinking, good governance, courageous action and getting the best out of individuals and groups to Get Stuff Done.
